SOPKO balancing rings have milled pockets with 180° arc-length. One end of the arc is permanently stamped with a reference line and arrow to designate direction of rotation. Unlike some balancing rings, SOPKO "sandwiches" the milled pockets together inside the mated faces. Grinding grit can't build up! Rings are lapped flat and ground for a precision fit. A nylon-tipped set screw secures each ring to the adapter hub. All balancing adapters furnished with a 3/32 in. hex wrench (Catalog # 00938).
