01000 (BS1000) PORTABLE STATIC WHEEL BALANCER. Furnished with stand, leveling screw, bubble level, 3/16" hex wrench 03866, mounted hardened precision ground rails, and detailed operating instructions. The stand is 6-1/2" wide and 4-13/16" high with a 4" throat. It will handle 8" maximum diameter wheels and can be used with or without balancing style wheel adapters. For the lowest micro-inch finishes, use the BS1000 stand with SOPKO balancing ring adapters.

01001 (BS1000K1) PORTABLE STATIC WHEEL BALANCING KIT includes the 01000 (BS1000) balancing stand, the precision ground 52273 balancing arbor with nut, and the 00251 (B230-1) 3" diameter standard taper wheel adapter with balancing rings for 1/2" wide wheels maximum. Wheel Balancing Stand.
Balance grinding wheels without leveling or centering by mounting on the four flame-hardened iron discs supported by super-sensitive bearings. In a fraction of the time needed for trial and error methods, you prove balance or detect out-of-balance conditions. Revolving iron discs and their spindles are ground and polished for extreme accuracy. Spindles and bushings are hardened to eliminate the possibility of wear or ball-bearing indentation on spindles or bushings when heavy grinding wheels are being balanced.
