- Nilos rings on bearing races help keep
out dirt, abrasive particles and coolant, and hold grease in bearings
by forming a complete labyrinth seal prolonging bearing life.

| These Sopko cartridge spindles are machined from solid bar stock for complete rigidity, even after thousands of hours of operation. An ultra-precision replacement spindle with oversized nose bearing design to provide maximum support of the tapered shaft. Two pair of ABEC 7 bearings are spaced for optimum rigidity. The end bearing floats against spring tension to permit thermal expansion of the shaft during operation. Grease-packed bearings require no additional lubrication.
